Very tasty also vegetarian ramen ? they currently also offer Togo. Gives stamp cards and you get free ramen or gyzoa. They even have vegetarian gyzoa, delicious tea and Japanese beer. We always like to go there and the staff is very friendly and accommodating.
MoreVery friendly staff, tasty ramen, a good alternative to other ramen places in Frankfurt but not my choice #1 if I had to choose. Good rich broth, noodles seems industrial made.
MoreVery good ramen offer, better than the competition. Unfortunately, the service is really bad and out of place. Even after the 20th visit you are not recognized and treated like a new customer ... Communication skills and openness = 0
MoreThe best restaurant for ramen in all of Frankfurt.
There were two of us at Takumi today. The ambience was pleasant and with a Japanese touch. As a starter we had edamame (€ 4). It tasted delicious, but could have had a little more salt on it. For the main course we had Takumi special ramen as miso ramen (€ 14.80) and Veggie Tan Tan Men (€ 13.50). Both tasted very good. However, at the price I would have expected a bit more or hoped for an even more intense taste. I went to ramen bars because the taste was even better at a cheaper price. So I would say the price-performance ratio at Takumi is okay but not perfect. I am therefore giving a good 4 stars overall.
MoreVery good ramen and tasty little things! The price is fair. Unfortunately, often unsuitable for spontaneous visits, it is best to reserve.
MoreAuthentic Japanese cuisine. All dishes freshly prepared. Very quick service. Definitely recommendable!
MoreDelicious! Next time I have to take a picture of the pasta!
As I am a big fan of Japanese ramen and live around the corner, I am a satisfied regular customer!
MoreSmall restaurant with delicious ramen & side dishes! It's a nice touch that the chef serves the food himself, which makes it an all more Japanese experience. We had some Yasai Gyoza (Veggie Gyoza) with Karaage (fried Chicken) and two different Ramen (Miso Ramen in the picture). Amazing broth, amazing toppings, perfect noodle texture. Spice can also be adjusted since they offer a peppermix and hot chilli oil. As dessert we had Mitarashi Dango (rice dumplings in soy sauce and sugar syrup). They also offer their own instant Ramen for 2€ each! We ordered two as well to try at home and had an overall bill of only 49€! Will definitely come here again - the Ramen definitely gives a home-y feel. The area is also nice to take a walk in after eating :)
MoreThe environment is comfortable, the soup base is not too salty, it is delicious, it is worth coming again.
MoreIt was annoying that card payment was not possible. We went to the bank with great hunger. But was rewarded with fantastic food. Ramen authentic and great. Big portion. In Frankfurt you don't have to stand in line for an hour to get a table, as in Düsseldorf ...
MorePoor performance. We were there last week. That will also be the last time, that is as certain as the amen in church. You can't even get a lookup for the pasta. The menu smelled of chemistry and was frayed. The smell of the toilets was spread over the entire restaurant. The ambience is even better in Kaiserstrasse. It can happen, but now to the alpha and omega, the taste: respect who gets the noodles down. I have never experienced such a miserable noodle soup. When I read other reviews, opinions differ. To cut a long story short, I cannot recommend Takumi ffm.
MoreA bit overpriced compared to other restaurants with similar focus in Frankfurt. The food was good, but not quite like in Asia - could have more meat and ingredients. Extra spicy cost extra and was not that spicy in the end.
MoreVery satisfied with the service style here. I enjoyed a delicious lunch.
Great place, good food, good service and decent prices. My only issue is the amount of chashu and that they don’t have tonkotsu broth. Normally I am used to having 2-6 pieces of pork in the ramen, however, here we only had 3 TEASPOON sized pieces mixed in. Very little for the €13.5 per bowl. It is unfortunate as the service and rest of the place was great!
MoreDelicious authentic Japanese cuisine. Cozy ambience behind tall bushes, you can easily overlook the entrance. The price is a bit high and the waiters a bit over-motivated (I'm still eating, my friends who have finished eating have already been cleared away).
MoreA relaxing place with nice ramen
Orinal though still very surprising Ramen restaurant. The service was overly friendly - non german, wo its better if you speak in english - and very fast at everything. The food was just on point. The fried gyoza with coriander on top and chilli is must. They are crunchy yet soft in the middle and just full of flavour. I had the vegetarian Ramen with peanut and sesame. This was as well a flavour explosion, we had absolutely no complains. The soul was eben so big we couldn't eat it all and we are usually big eaters. I would also advice taking the ice ( if you take it to go it has a spoon on the cover - its hidden).
MoreThe food was very delicious. Only the operating hours are a little bit inconvenient. They close the kitchen at 8:30 even in weekends.
MoreThe food was very authentic Japanese! Delicious! And the service is also very friendly. I have no complaints.
MoreBest place for ramen! Super friendly and super delicious!!
The food is great. Ramen tastes very authentic. Highly recommend!!
Really good ramen
Yummy ramen, amazing noodles! A lot more choice than in other Takumi shops I've visited. Very pleasant outside space.
MoreNo take away Gyoza on Wednesdays for half price promotion! Warning on this catch! I wasted my journey & public transport ticket cost! The staff even accepted my payment only to push it back to me after commands from the kitchen!
MoreThe different Takumis have different menus. Try them all.
Must try ramen place in Frankfurt. They have quite a variety of ramen to choose from. The place was really clean and well maintained. Restrooms were clean as well. Outside seating is best when possible. Very well recommended! They have English menu. it's recommended. It doesn't have to be too strong. It looks like an old building, but the inside was very beautiful. The toilet is clean. Terrace seats are recommended when the weather is nice. There were English and Japanese menus. The capacity was also able to respond politely.
Morereally good
I Love this ramen place , we are a ramen lovers and they're one of the best .we recommend ❤?❤
MoreOutstanding. Ramen tastes pretty authentic, the staff is very kind and professional, and they maintain a good sanitary standard. From the management stand point if view, the restaurant does appear to be slightly understaffed quite frequently. I always enjoy my time here, and I can't wait to go back.
MoreFantastic ramen. The soup was great and ramen well cooked. The fried chicken on top was amazing, but it wouldn’t have hurt to put some more. Really no complaints at all, the staff worked efficiently and was kind.
MoreA very good restaurant! Unfortunately, a ramen soup was already sold out when we arrived, but the alternatives were also delicious. The atmosphere suits the food. Only a Japanese soft drink tasted very artificially, but since the restaurant is not responsible. It looked exciting, with an interesting shutter.
MoreThe Ramen in general is ok, it is a shame that it's not possible to order and extra portion of noodles after the initial order. So if you usually have extra noodles, be sure to order them when you order the Ramen directly. The black sesame ice cream is really good. For dinner time it is good to make a reservation, specially on weekends.
MoreThe only place that does Paitan (slightly sweet white broth) as far as I know. Ma-la Paitan (spicy) is my favourite!
MoreCosy japanese place with awesome food! If you like Ramen, that's your restaurant!
MoreTasty ramen. Almost all are chicken based. They even have a couple vegetarian options. It’s accessible for everyone.
MoreI came across Dussel and Munich. Frankfurt was also easy to understand near the station. We ordered miso pork noodles, dumplings and beer. There were quite a few people on Sunday evening, but thank you for taking it so much! I thought that miso was a good match because it was made in Hokkaido. You might like pork belly.
MoreSmall, but super good food at a great price!
Too salty and expensive
The vegetarian tan tan men was delicious and the restaurant isn't too crowded. I had a ramune hai to drink which was fine but you couldn't really taste the schnapps so I'm not sure it was really worth the price. In general though, a really great restaurant with fantastic ramen.
MoreAuthentic Experience Delicious Ramen, possibly a tiny hint better than Ramen Jun ? I guess that depends on personal preference at this point. Service is top-notch, quick and friendly. They offer a lunch deal. Enjoy Ramen!
MoreGreat Ramen! And even a mediocre Takoyaki is better than no Takoyaki!
Best ramen in town!
Well, honestly saying, this time was a hard time decision between Takumi and some other Ramen place which also has good reviews, But... at the end we decided to try Takumi in Frankfurt. It is not our first Takumi experience, we tried in Munich and Dusseldorf and were never disappointed. So even this time we were not disappointed! We came right at the time of opening and there were not so many people. Food was incredible!
MoreNice experience here at Takumi. Limited seats inside (although in summer there's outdoor seating). Located in a residential area. Lots of Japanese customers (must be a good sign). No problem whatsoever: prices, taste, service, toilets all good.
MoreGenuine Japanese / Sapporo ramen
Very busy, had to wait one hour for a ramen, which had no meat. Washing dishes in a fast way, cutting the corners.
MoreNice and tasty food
Real authentic Japanese restaurant with delicious cuisine
